Look to the 1100A air louvers for a door vent that is adjustable manually. These are for use in doors, transoms and partitions. They have a bug screen/bird screen options.
Material: The frame and the louver are made of 16 gauge CRS. Other materials are available as options.
Air Louvers: The “Z” blades are attached to the operating bar of the frame with rivets at 1” intervals. These air louvers are manually operated and the stop can keep them in the open position. The frame is deep welded and 1-1/2” deep.
Size: The smallest size is 8" x 6” and the largest is 24" x 30". Custom sizes can be ordered. Several stock sized sections can be used together to make a larger size.
1100A Frame: This is a fastener-free frame where the screws fasten to the core instead of the corridor side of the frame. This leaves a very clean appearance on the frame. The frame is self-attaching and features welded and mitered corners.
MOUNTING OPTIONS 1100CORE & 1100C: 1/2" stop on top, 1/4" on bottom and 3/8" on sides.
Operation: The louvres are manually adjustable and the stop will hold them in the open position.
Door: 1-3/8"-1-3/4" is the door depth range for any style.
Door Cutout: Use the size of the louver that you order.
Fasteners: Phillips head screws #8 x 3/4" and the Torx Security Screws are optional.
Screens: Insect screens are available in aluminum, stainless or bronze. A bird screen is available in galvanized.
