We stand behind all products we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Amazing Doors purchase, you can RETURN it for a replacement or REFUND if your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship you can return it at any time.

If you choose to return the products because you no longer need / want it there is a 45% restocking fee...If they have not been installed or damaged—they can return with 45% restocking fee.

They will be inspected when received back to Amazing Doors—if everything checks out ok - Then a refund will be issued

All Warranties are the maximum allowed by each Manufacturer

Claims: Shortage or errors in shipment must be reported within 48 hours after receipt of goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect and report damaged or lost merchandise to the delivering carrier at the time of delivery.

Returns: Due to the custom design and specifications for many of our products, certain materials are not subject to return and only unused products and in their original condition and original packaging will be considered for return. No merchandise may be returned for credit without a Returned Goods Authorization (RMA). A 45% restocking plus shipping, will be assessed for material returned in usable condition. Freight collect returns will not be accepted. 

Under no circumstances will make-to-order or discontinued product be accepted for return unless it is due to a Manufacturer error.

Liability: Seller shall be notified promptly of any material claimed to be defective and such material shall be subject to seller's inspection. No back charge for field corrections of any item will be honored unless agreed upon prior to field correction in writing by Sales Manager. The company reserves the right to make changes in design, or to make additions to, or improvements in it's products without incurring any obligation to incorporate or install such design changes, additions or improvements in or on products previously manufactured or sold. Information and advice furnished by Amazing Doors & Hardware, LLC. is without warranty as to correctness thereof for liability of any kind for use of material furnished by seller, whether used singly or in combination with other products and /or materials. Seller assumes no risk or warranty, express or implied, as to the performance of these materials in the preparation or application by buyer. Customer assumes responsibility to verify and determine that color, gloss and quality of materials will meet requirements of buyer (or customer's contractee) specifications.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

***All International Customers needs to Contact Us with all required information for shipping purpose, the product description and quantities. You will receive a formal quote base in the ship to address provided.

Tracking Your Packages

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 3 to 5 working days, after all approvals.. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. All orders contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. All Orders shipped outside of the USA require special handling. In most circumstances, we require that you use your own freight forwarder for international shipments. Please contact us in advance for additional clarification via e-mail: support@amazingdoors.us

Additional Shipping and Handling Charges:

If we determine that your order will require any shipping and handling charges in addition to those displayed during the order process, we will notify you by email and ask you to approve the additional charges. We will not ship your order until you have approved the additional charges, which may delay shipping. If you are not satisfied with any additional charges, we will offer you the opportunity to change or cancel your order. This excludes customs and brokerage charges and other charges that are unknown to us prior to shipment and customs clearance.

For LTL and orders that exceed 150 lbs you will be contacted regarding the shipping charges. We do not calculate LTL and heavy order charges online. A shipping representative will contact you and provide you with a customized quote for the shipment. We do this to ensure you are getting the best rate available and are able to take advantage of our discounted shipping services.

Orders that need to be shipped in separate boxes will incur an additional shipping and handling charge. We will notify you by email if your order ships in multiple boxes.

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 877-433-3667. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
